Tennis Skills to Music approved by afpe
‘Tennis Skills to Music’ has
successfully undergone a rigorous self-review process set by afPE, the association
for Physical Education, obtaining a three year PDB-PE licence and Kitemark
, recognition that the scheme provides a high quality resource and delivery.
The process is ongoing and involves an annual review to ensure quality is being maintained and the scheme and its development are constantly improving.
With regard to CPD training afPE encourages providers to be accountable to recipients for the quality of provision and also serves to raise teacher awareness of best-value CPD.
The Ofsted Criteria for High Quality outcomes in School Sport and Every Child Matters are: Commitment; confidence; participation; desire to improve; enjoy; understand; be healthy; active lifestyles; skill development; think and make decisions; increase stamina, suppleness and strength.
